Jobs

I honestly don't mind working but I hate getting into that mind-set that I just don't want to go to work because then nothing really ever gets done. But what I have noticed is that only happens when I get so overloaded with crap that I just need a break to get away from EVERYTHING! I need to find a place to escape to when I get overloaded, I used to go to a forest area but then I have been spending so much time there photographing that it feels as if I should be finding items to photograph. I need to run away to someplace where I don't need to do a thing; and enjoy it!

On the other hand of that if I don't work I don't make money, that is why I need a job that isn't a job. One reason why I love photography. I don't have to sit in an office for 8 hours a day doing the same thing day in and day out...I would go insane...Well more insane that I am now. If you can believe it.

I may have a job working for a friends pet store. They are in the process of renting out a store front and everything is falling into place. God has blessed me so much with these people (Phil and Sherry) and they love my animal photos that I have shown them and they want me to photograph some of their animals and their friend's animals to blow up 3 foot square and to hang in the store! I was blown away that they want my work to be up in their store! Then when things get on a schedule again they want me to possibly to a pet photography studio there to get pictures of kids and their new pets! How incredibly cool is that? I already love most animals and photography! What a great mix!

Like I said before, God has blessed me so much in my life and I know that Photography is what he has planned for me and I was always curious about what type of photography, photojournalism, portraits, nature, animal, etc..., I know I would not like to settle for portraits, and from my baby photography job I wouldn't like that either. Photojournalism is fun, but I couldn't be mean and aggressive enough to make sure I got the shot I needed and to find out all the information needed to complete the story. God has just blessed me with giving me little peaks in all these different areas and I know that he does EVERYTHING for a purpose so I just sit back and enjoy the ride!
