Underappreciated
Did you ever feel underappreciated....What a stupid question, everyone at some point feels like that. Today was my day, I went over to Josh's and I bought the new movie "Raising Helen" (which is really good by the way) and we waited 30 minutes for Mrs. P to come home because I knew she wanted to see it. We let her and Mr. P sit together on the couch, gave them some of my ice cream. Plus, my parents wanted to see it today but no, I brought it over to Josh's figuring that his parents needed some time to relax. Then after the movie (10:30 pm) Mrs. P is doing the dishes and slipped and fell/sat on the opened door of the dishwasher. Then when I rush over to see if she is okay she gets upset at me and says, "No, I'm not alright, I stayed up late to watch your stupid movie and now I'm too tired to do anything and now the dishwasher is busted and we don't have the money to get it fixed!"
I seriously don't want to go over to his house anymore because she is always being so negative and it brings everyone she is around down as well. I walked out of the house crying because what she said hurt me so much. I was just so thankful that Josh wanted to go for a walk and talk things over. I'm so lucky to have a best friend like him who actually lets me talk and he really listens to me. Not many people actually take the time to listen to someone else talk, so I'm so appreciative of that in him!
